Training and support for front line social work managers
The National Skills Academy for Social Care is working jointly with Skills for Care on a training and support programme for front line social work managers. Full details of this opportunity can be found at the Skills for Care website
It is a key part of the remit of the National Skills Academy to develop leadership and management programmes that support care sector staff at all career levels. Each one of our Leadership & Management programmes is designed to meet the needs of today’s employers and staff and the demands for a skilled workforce that can guide the future development of the whole sector. The Skills Academy will bring this knowledge and perspective to the joint project so it is clearly underpinned by the principles of excellent leadership and management as well as bringing a determination to create high value programmes that are of immediate and daily relevance to those taking part.
